TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) The Challenge will be open for registration from the 1st to the 30th of September of 2023.

2) Everyone can participate by registering in the challenge form. You don't need to be a Customily user to join. Registration is mandatory to be eligible for the prize.

3) Every ticket is one chance. You can get as many tickets as you can throughout the month.
If you accumulate 10 tickets, you will have 10 chances to win one of the prizes.


4) How to get the tickets:

a. SOCIAL MEDIA
You can get tickets by following our different social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
or by joining our Facebook Communities (Global, Vietnam). Every social media counts as one chance.

b. FRIDAY TRIVIA
Every Friday during September, we will run a trivia game in our Facebook Communities.
Everyone who answers correctly will win a ticket. You can get a ticket for each trivia that you participate in.

c.  LIVE SESSIONS
For each Live session you attend during September, you will earn three tickets.
Registration only will give you one ticket.

d. TAG OUR ACCOUNTS
Tag us on social media showing a product from your store made with Customily during September.
Posts, Videos, and Reels on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok will be accepted.
Each tag you publish gives you three tickets, as long as they are different products. 

e. PUBLISHED PRODUCTS
Publish a new product in your Shopify or your Etsy store using Customily during September to get five tickets. 
The products must have a personalized design either for Halloween or Christmas.
Each published product gives you five tickets.


5) The three (3) winners will be selected on October 4th, 2023 using https://wheelofnames.com/

6) All three (3) winners will get Customily for free during Q4 
(October, November, and December 2023). The prize includes monthly costs only, transaction fees won't apply. 

7) Winners can choose to apply their prize on a Shopify or an Etsy store.
 
8) If the winner is already a paying subscriber of Customily, they will get a refund of the monthly cost during Q4.

9) The winners will be contacted by email and announced here on this page.
