A small transaction fee applies only when you make a sale of an item using Customily. The more you sell, the less you pay.

Customily Standalone doesn’t include a self-serve free trial. Since this integration is designed for custom platforms and non-standard setups, it requires configuration and onboarding that can’t be handled through a plug-and-play trial.
However, pricing is month to month, with no long-term commitment — you can start with a single month to try it out.
We also offer free demos, where our team sets up Customily using one of your products (or a similar example) so you can see the full experience in action — from live personalization to print-ready file generation.
If you’re using Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, or Amazon, our standard integrations do offer free trials.

We accept all major credit and debit cards directly.
The $299 subscription is billed as soon as you subscribe and then monthly on the same date. Transaction fees are billed separately, either at the end of the calendar month or when they reach $1,000— whichever comes first.
If you no longer need Customily but plan to return, you can pause your subscription for $5/month. This keeps all your templates and settings intact, ready for when you come back.
You can also fully cancel anytime from your billing settings inside the app. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
Customily Standalone supports multiple integration methods, depending on the platform or system your store is running on.
For platforms like BigCommerce and Magento, we provide plugins that you can install directly. After installation, our team verifies that everything is working correctly. In some cases, minor adjustments may be needed depending on your theme or setup.
For custom platforms, proprietary systems, or headless setups, Customily can be integrated using our API or by embedding an iFrame into your product pages. We provide full documentation and technical guidance to support your development team during the process.
If you’d like our team to handle the integration work for you, we can do so as a separately quoted service, depending on the scope and complexity of the integration.
If you’re using Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Shoplazza, or Amazon, please refer to our standard pricing for those platforms.
For all other ecommerce platforms, custom setups, or non-standard integrations, Customily Standalone is the applicable option, with pricing starting at $299/month plus transaction fees.

Transaction fees are charged per Customily item sold, not per order.
-> If an order includes 5 different Customily-powered products, you’ll be charged 5 transaction fees (one for each unique personalized item).
-> If an order includes 1 personalized product with a quantity of 5, you’ll be charged only 1 transaction fee, because Customily generates a single personalized file for that item.
The more you sell, the lower your per-item fee—so you save as your business grows!

-> If a customer buys 5 of the same personalized product with the same personalization, you pay only 1 transaction fee because Customily generates a single personalized file.
-> If a customer buys 5 of the same product but each has a different personalization, you pay 5 transaction fees, since each item requires a unique personalized file.
You only pay one $299/month subscription per platform, no matter how many stores you have on that platform (e.g., multiple BigCommerce stores). All sales from those stores bundle together, helping you reach lower transaction fees faster.
If you sell on multiple platforms (e.g., BigCommerce + Walmart), each platform requires its own subscription, and transaction fees won’t bundle across different platforms. However, all your designs, assets, and settings are shared across your Customily account, so you can manage everything from one place.
As you sell more, your per-item fee automatically decreases, helping you keep more profit on every sale.

Transaction fee tiers reset at the start of each calendar month, regardless of your subscription date. On the first day of every month, your sales count starts fresh, and fees begin at the first tier again.
