Love is in the air 💜 and so are powerful updates! February is all about giving you more ways to surprise and delight your shoppers. Check out the latest personalization features and improvements we’ve rolled out this month.

🤝👥 Introducing "Team" in Customily! 🎉

We’re excited to introduce Team, a brand-new feature that allows Customily users to add collaborators and team members to manage personalization settings more efficiently!

How it Works:

✅ Only the main user/owner can invite team members.

✅ The Billing section and main account data remain accessible only to the owner.

✅ Collaborators can log in with their own credentials for secure access.

✅ Track changes with a history log in templates, libraries, and option sets—see who made updates and when they happened.

This is just the beginning! In the near future, we plan to introduce more roles and permission settings, giving you even greater control over team access and responsibilities. Stay tuned!

Pre-Fill Customization Options with URL Parameters 🌐✨

Set prefilled values via URL parameters

– A powerful new feature that lets you customize product links by setting initial values dynamically. 📝 Note: Available for Shopify only (for now).

✨ How It Works:

✔ Define a 'Variable name' in your Text, Swatches, or Dropdown options (see below screenshot).

✔ For Swatches and Dropdowns, use the 'Value' field of the option to pass the value in the URL.

✔ The values persist when navigating to other products with matching variable names, ensuring a seamless experience.

🔗 Example:

If you set "name" as your variable ('Variable name' in the option), you can generate a link like this: 👉 yourstore.com/productHandle?@name=John

This will automatically populate the customization field with "John."

For Swatches and Dropdowns, use the 'Value' field to pass values like this: 👉 yourstore.com/productHandle?@color=Red

🔄 Persistent Customization:

If a customer personalizes a product and then browses to another product with the same variable (e.g., "name" or "color"), the value will carry over—so they don’t have to enter it again!

This feature works with Text, Swatches, and Dropdown options, making it perfect for:

You can now control the minimum and maximum font sizes for curved text, offering more flexibility and precision in customization. This feature is available for use right away!

Optional Buyer 'Movable & Resizable Vectors'

Allowing greater flexibility and suitability for your products, buyers can now 🔄 move and 📏 resize vectors directly on the product personalization page for a more customized experience.

You can enable this feature by setting up the 'Allow Moving Vector' option in the Design Studio.
